Webinar – Effective Communication: What About Sign Language Interpreters?

1. The definition of a "qualified interpreter" and an overview of the interpreting profession in Virginia
2. Information and resources for finding or asking for interpreter services for various settings including court, the DMV, the public school system, and others
3. Tips and best practices for working with sign language interpreters
