Presentation by Dr. Natalie Smith – “Surviving Pandemic Anxiety: The Power of Positive Thinking”

RECORDED in April, 2021

This program will be ASL interpreted and CC - Closed Captioned.

The mind does not know the difference between what is real, and what is not.  We don't realize how much power and control we give our thoughts to influence how we feel and act.  We are not our thoughts!  Learning how to note and observe the unpleasant thoughts and emotions in our bodies, and re-creating positivism can help us to navigate stressful times.  We truly can be calm and peaceful in our bodies in spite of stress and anxiety both in and around us.

Dr. Natalie Smith will explain in more detail how this process works and provide 'tools' for you to better manage your own anxiety during difficult times.

Located in North Springfield, in Virginia, Dr. Natalie works with both teens and adults both in-person and tele-therapy.
