NVRC supports the local community by providing certified, cost-effective interpreting and transliterating services for deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
Acceptance: NVRC works to ensure that you receive the best services to meet your communication needs. Should you be dissatisfied with services rendered, you must provide written notice to NVRC within three business days upon the completion of the assignment.
Invoicing / Billing: NVRC accepts the following payment methods: checks, VISA and MC. All clients will be responsible for ensuring payment occurs within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Accounts that are more than 60 days old will incur a 5% interest for every 30 days of delinquency until the invoice is paid in full.
Cancellations: Clients will be billed in full for any assignment not canceled with two business days notice (not including travel). Should the interpreter(s) arrive to the assignment and the job is cancelled on-site, clients will incur travel fee costs as well.
Number of Interpreters: Any assignment of more than one and a half hours may require two interpreters depending on content of assignment and other factors.
