Art Signs: Gallery talks in ASL at Smithsonian American Art Museum

Join us at the Smithsonian American Art Museum on Thursday, May 8 at 5:30pm. for our next session ofArt Signs gallery talks in ASL.  Three Art Signs guides will discuss a variety of works, including Folk Art, 20th century painting, and Pop Art.

Erikson Young will discuss James Hampton’s glittering tin-foil installation The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations' Millennium General Assembly (1st floor)

Felece Steele will focus on the details of Honoré Sharrer's fascinating painting Tribute to the American Working People (1st floor)

Emily Blachly will introduce us to Pop Art prints from the 1960s (Pop Art exhibition, 2nd floor)
