Finally got my Celebrate Communication 2011 book all put together. The work on that spilled over into today. Excel spreadsheet is started noting everyone who needs a Tablecloth or electric outlet, internet etc. Lunch orders need to be entered and exhibitor names for the name tags that come later. Emails are going back and forth with information, lunch changes and exhibitor paragraphs.

This is always an exciting time of year for me. By April all our exhibitors have been sent their packets and they are starting to come back. Now the preparations start in earnest.
Time to set up our Master Book where we put all the Exhibitor and Sponsor forms and keep track of everyone's needs, lunch orders, payments and Names of Exhibitors. That's how I'll spend the rest of my afternoon - on logistics.
